Basel III

The demands on the regulatory capital requirements will increase over the following years. The requirements demand special attention with regard to IT-Systems, organisation and the staff of a credit institution. Solvency II

Not only banks face new regulatory capital requirements. Insurance companies will have to comply in the future with new regulations called “Solvency II„.
